Heather, this is a very touching and remarkable post. Conor looks so happy and so do you. It is amazing how the smallest thing in life (such as a water balloon) can make a kid happy.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
This makes me wonder why some parents allow their kids to sit in front of the TV/video games for days on end when they could be outside playing. (I know of such a mother and she wondered why her son had no friends!!!). I'm not saying that TV and video games are bad, but thay can be if no limits are set.&lt;br /&gt;
